    Products are fine, but the customer service was terrible. Very rude and unhelpful staff. It seems to be the trend to employ "cool" people who lack customer service ability.

    The customer service was really good Very helpful staff. The Platypus Product was absolutely fantastic.

    I entered the store 5 minutes before my 2 daughters and was completely ignored. I tried to make eye contact with the 2 young male staffers and they both avoided my gaze. They then walked out the back. I left the store and my daughters then entered the store and were immediately assisted by a female assistant that came from the rear of the store.
