  The other wing didn't match the first wing so not only was it ridiculously limiting it was uneven - would not be surprised if that bird ends up with a broken keel. Whoever clipped it's wing should never be let near a bird again, and if it came in like that, the shop shouldn't have accepted it.

  Went in today to buy 2 sharks... the gentlemen behind the counter dropped the shark on the floor an then continued to wresle with it on the floor for 2 mins ontil he got it in the bag. An then while i was shopping for other fish an food etc - my bag of fish feel on the floor. - the bag didnt break.. but u could see the fish where not okay. I processed to look for fish food while doing that i had to fish feeders in my hand while he shows me flakes.. i take the flakes asking him if what i had in my had would be right for my turtle... incorrect there feeding blocks not calcuim blocks. So as i went to check out with 500g of flake 6 dropped fish an 1 sharked wresled on the floor. Plus 2x feeder blocks!! He then said that $100 dollars please.. he did not offer any discount for the dropped fish. He did not tell me that what i had in my hand where feeding blocks tho i asked for caluim blocks. He was useless an unhelpful he was more distracted chatting me up then actually general help me!!

  Horrible wing clip on the cockatiel - I'm in no way against clipped wings but this was disgusting. One wing chopped the whole way along, ALL the way up into the covert feathers, with two left right on the end.

  I rang up the day before asking about some info about getting a new pet and they lady was very nice and explained it well but when I went in te store to buy everthing the last who served me had absolutely no customer service and was quite rude. I'm very disappointed in how some people can talk to paying customers like that

  Puppies not from breeders, some as young as only 5 weeks old. Puppies left 2-3 in small glass cages all week over Christmas (I was there during 24 hour shopping and heard puppies crying), asked who the breeders were they stated they are from a private person (probably puppy factory as always get the same dogs/mixes in). Hand feeding kittens and puppies one time because they were too young to fees themselves. When I was there last year a man came in with a box of small puppies and the pet store owner just took them to sell no questions asked. RSPCA can't do anything because it's put of their jurisdiction. Disgusting should not buy from here they don't care where the puppies come from and they are selling them for $2000. More than a breeders price but yet probably from a puppy factory. The owner is rude and not nice. She just throws the dogs into the glass cages as if they are dirty rags. Disgusting do not buy from here

  Just as well they didn't have any puppies in the small central pen. I'm not against shops selling animals, but I am if they're going to do it like this. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  Fingers cross my fish make it past 48hrs so my kid gets to see its birthday present.

  Got 2 fish and a dog from there and very sweet and generous staff and treat them fairly as well as the customers

  The one kitten in a tiny cage looked like it wasn't even old enough to be weaned - it was small enough you could hold it curled up in one hand if you had a mind to.
