  Went into store. Service was ok from a man there but female wasn't particularly friendly. No phone at store so you can't contact them before you go down to ask about stock which is minus a star given they sell phones and causes me to waste time going there. Once there, they didn't know much about their products apart from what was on the box so couldn't be much help on harder questions so minus a star. Then asked about the refund policy to be told no refund on change of mind even if un-opened. Showed them the Samsung website which says 14 day change of mind if un-opened and still couldn't guarantee it. Minus a star. The person then called his manager on the phone who also said no and then when he said about Samsung's website said maybe, maybe not. Minus a star. Also don't price match other stores which seems strange. Overall, go to the Apple store and see the service level difference. Samsung didn't really seem to want the business.

  Very poor customer service and arrogant attitude from staff. 15 minutes late for a 12pm appointment after receiving a text to say they are running late only to be told "sorry you lost your appointment, you can wait until we can see you but we don't know how long that will be or we can make a new appointment for another time". They only open at 11am so where did my appointment go in an hour and they were running late? Been here previously and other staff were more helpful and polite.

  They dont even know how to put screen protector on mobile. I went twice to marion and no one did good job. Had to wait for half an hour to put one screen protector

  Excellent service! All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. My broken phone screen was fixed in 2-3 days. The staff helped me set up my phone when it came back from the repairer, and went out of their way to show me features I hadn't previously been using. Very knowledgeable staff who care about their customers.
