    I recently shared a misunderstanding with the store staff regarding the pricing displayed for Fila shoes. They were poorly merchandised and the staff refused to sell the shoes at the displayed price. I logged a complaint to the HS web site and within 24 hours I received a call from the Store Manager inviting me to attend and he would honour the price. Great bit of Customer Service from the Manager.

    Reasonable range. But not what it once was. The city store is much bigger and stocks a much bigger range.
