  the phone service is BEYOND a joke. I spent 11 minutes on my mobile phone trying to get through to the christmas shop only to be told that the christmas item i was enquiring about was sold through the toy dept BUT even though i had already wasted 11 minutes of my life already they couldnt put me through, i needed to re-ring. Which i did......followed by another 7 minutes trying to get through to the toy dept !!....i clearly have the patience of a saint BUT 18 minutes was even too much for me. So i gave up....18 minutes to achieve nothing in the end. I can see why David Jones is going down the tubes !

  Absolutely useless. Customer service was terrible, went back on there word, and most of all the assistant manager and manager where pathetic. Biggest joke of a shop, would give 0 stars if possible.

  The only thing I'd recommend in that place is staff reviews - I don't think everyone would pass with flying colors!

  one of my favourite stores...... only one gripe.... never enough staff..... I feel sorry for the staff that are there........ big gold star for the Sportscraft department.... excellent with long term staff that know the product...

  Never again!! I have never encountered such a rude woman, who's job is customer service, in all my life. I didn't approach her or ask her anything, she just took it upon herself to approach me with the worst attitude, reason being is still unclear to me, what a vile individual.
