  Went there last weekend to have my car wash as I heard it was really gd and fast. When I first arrive I was greeted by a young gentleman can't remember his name I told him it was my first time here and he told me not to worry and told me to come back in 25mins and it would be ready,so off I went to do the weekly shopping and returned 20 mins later to find my car was ready and the best part was it was clean inside out couldn't find any fault and trust me I'm very picky when it comes to cleaning my car. I would highly recommend going to them for friendly and fast service.

  I picked up my car after an outside wash and polish. I noticed they hadn't washed the front bumper skirting. I then noticed that, on one door, there was a whole patch about 10cm sq. and another smaller patch where the paint shiny coating had been stripped off, leaving the dull bare paint underneath. It was very noticeable yet they didn't even mention it and wouldn't accept any blame. My crash repairer said he'd had several customers with the same issue from Magic car wash in Marion. Apparently they use harsh petroleum based detergents and very strong jets and if there are any minor scratches on your car the top coating will just peel off. Beware of taking your car here, the quote to fix the paint is $300 to ensure it blends in with the rest of the car will cost close to a $1000. NEVER going there again. They gave me a refund but it is a small consolation. A very expensive wash!

  Have been here many times and had a few cars done. Been really impressed each time and have never had any complaints. Reasonable prices, great service and a very friendly attitude. Highly recommended. Thanks to the Magic team and all the best!

  I got my car washed yesterday, paid for a full inside and outside clean including trims, I also questioned if the boot and bonnet would be done and they assured me it would. When I picked my car up yesterday I noticed in the boot it was dripping wet and big patches of sand, I pointed this out, the guy wasn't happy about it but fixed it for me anyway. When I was driving off I noticed what I thought was a smudge on my windscreen, when I got home I realized it was a very bad long scratch!!! The bonnet hasn't even been touched, and the inside of my car is still very dusty! I called up and explained my concerns, the guy I spoke to said to bring it back and they would fix it all for me. Took it back today and he is denying it all, said the scratch must have already been there and that the bonnet isn't included in trims...when they assured me it was! All we copped was abuse and refused to do anything for me! Now I have to pay for my windscreen to get fixed and my car isn't even clean!
