  This week I went in at the beginning of the week due to lack of time and had an appointment with a beautician I have never had before and was thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service she provided.

  My daughters and I had our nails done here for a wedding. We went in on a Saturday the week before and our nails started lifting straight away. By the Friday of the wedding they looked terrible. My Daughter in law lost hers on the Saturday, so just a week after they where done and my daughter and I has lost most of ours by the Sunday. So at 55 dollars each you would expect your nails to last a lot longer than this. We get our nails done quite frequently and they last from refill to refill. These were a disaster. I rang and tried to speak to the manager to complain and explain that we live out in the country, 2 hours away so could not just pop in at a minutes notice. They where not interested in helping out or apologising in the slightest. Will never go back and never recommend this salon in fact cant work out how they are still in business.

  With all said, I will still be returning to get my legs waxed, however will forever request not to have this beautician again. Just questioning the training she undertook in order to think this was an adequate service.

  She left numerous patches of wax all over my legs, missed huge noticeable areas of hair around my knees, left stray singular hairs up my shins and around my ankles, left me to rub in my own lotion at the end as well as took 50 minutes to do a 30 minute job, then rushed the rest of the job when she was told her next client had already been waiting for 10 minutes by waxing huge strips off the back of my thighs. Three quarters of the way through, the wax had gotten noticeably hotter to the point that it was uncomfortable. I mentioned my discomfort and was just told the temperature had not been altered throughout the appointment and "maybe" it is because some areas are more sensitive than others' although I had no issue with the wax in that spot on my other leg. Rather than turning down the temperature she proceeded to blow on the wax as she applied it to my skin. After all this, I paid as I had not fully assessed the job done and went home and was left to finish the job off by scrubbing the remainders of wax off, pluck out all the hairs she left and shave the obvious patches she had missed, which I really try to refrain from doing but was left no other choice.

  I have jyst paid $75 for the most pathetic attempt at a blow dry i have ever had. Very luttle effort was made and no interest at all in my wishes, I had to keep asking for improvements and really just wish I had done it myself at home. It would probably have looked better. Very upsetting .

  It pains me to make such a review after years of wonderful service but I was utterly shocked at the state my legs were left in, especially after a price increase that I would usually be happy to pay.

  Very nice facility. Owner is very friendly and so are the girls working there. Good job done on my haircut. Definitely will recommend to others too!

  I have been coming to this establishment for the past 5 years to get my legs waxed and have always been super satisfied with the service. I purposely always go in at the end of the week to catch an appointment with a regular long-time beautician that always done a spotless job, is efficient and takes the time to pluck out hairs previously missed etc.
